He’s listening to my New Testament Survey lecture for me today, since I’ve not had time to do so.

Day 5: Challenging
After a short night of night getting to sleep until 6 this morning, I found sticking to my plan more challenging today than the past 4 days. And, I guess essentially I broke it again, by eating a fresco chicken taco for lunch. After working hard outside on my pathetic yard, I ate a salad. I would love some bread. My kingdom for some bread. But no, I’m determined. Down 8 pounds as of this morning, though I doubt the accuracy of my scales.
35. Days. Left.
Day 4: The Challenge of Working all Day
Recorded a 6 pound weight loss as of this morning. Encouraging.
Either real or perceived, my energy lagged today towards the end of the work day and tonight I am headachy. Whether that is due to lack of calories or not, I’m not sure. Had a great salad today, with toasted almonds and sesame seeds and an Asian dressing.
Tomorrow is Sunday, the day of the week that I usually (and probably still will) let the kids have fast food. The challenge will be in not indulging myself.
Day 3–Trip to Grocery Store
Weight Loss: 4 Pounds
Trip to Grocery store: Treacherous. Everything looked delicious. I am wondering if someone, somewhere makes vegetable cupcakes.
